
Feel lyk breaking down sia!
i dunno wads wrong with me but i think that my life's in a total mess. Take a look at my NAPFA results:
-sit up:40 (A)
-pull up:16(A)
-sit and reach:42(A)
-shuttle run:12.3(D)
-standing board jump:122(FAIL!)
-2.4 km walk or run:not sure but aimming for C or B
can anyone tell me if one fail then all fail or wad?or its just caculating the marks only?

then now damn sad..
tmr gt rifle drills..maybe..let just hope that my muscle dunn ache so much can
liao sia.
